Psychic Readings
Readings, in person or by telephone, last one full hour. I charge by the session, not by the minute, so if we go over a little, you don't pay extra! If you live in the United States, and we do a telephone reading, I will call you and pay for the call. When you contact me, I will set up your appointment with you by phone or we can email back and forth. My fee is $75 per reading, but do grab my coupon from Pahrump's free publication, "Over the Hump Saver" for a DEEP discount on that price! At the end of the reading, I will ask you if you are satisfied. If you are not, I will not charge you...simple!
I have a little gizmo that will allow me to record both sides of a telephone conversation, so if you want me to record the reading and send a cassette tape of it to you, let me know so I can be prepared beforehand. Recording the reading costs only $3, which covers the cost of the postage and handling. IF we do a reading in person, I will record it and give you the tape for free.
If you are having a party, large or small, private or corporate, please contact me! It is a simple matter for me to come to your party and give short readings to you and your guests.
Hypnosis
At present, I can only give hypnosis sessions in Pahrump; preferably in my home office. However, using slightly different hypnotherapeutic techniques, I also provide hypnosis sessions by telephone. Either way, individual sessions are $60 each. Initial consultations, by telephone or in person, are free. An initial consultation will include defining goals for the hypnosis, producing an estimated timetable for achieving those goals, some questions regarding your history (medical, psychological, and life), and a suggestibility test to see if hypnosis is likely to be an effective tool for you to use.
Reiki Healing
Reiki energy healing sessions are given in my Pahrump office. They usually last about 45 minutes and cost $50. You will not be asked to remove any article of clothing other than your shoes. You have the choice of receiving healing while resting on a massage table or sitting in a comfortable chair...whichever you prefer. If you have mobility problems or are unable to travel, please contact me about the possibility of coming to you.
Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling can take place in my office or on the telephone. I am not a qualified psychologist, nor do I pretend to be. However, I can do my best to direct you to insights about yourself and also to spiritual, psychological and wellness practices and traditions that may suit your temperament, personality and individual goals. Counseling sessions last about 45 minutes and cost $50.
Building Analysis--also known as "Ghost Busting!"
I am sometimes called in by clients to read the energy of houses and other buildings to look for causes of disturbances, or to simply analyze the energy of a building. Clients who are experiencing poltergeist activity, non-physical visitations, inexplicable cold spots or areas in the house that are just "creepy", often are curious and sometimes concerned about these conditions, and often find it helpful for a good psychic to come in and assess what is going on. Sometimes clients ask me to analyze the energies of land they have purchased for home building, so that the layout can be conducive to what they are trying to achieve. The Pahrump and Vegas valleys are quite alive with various portals, vortices, and other hotspots, so don't be alarmed if you think something strange might be going on in your house...it probably is! Prices for this kind of service are usually in line with my hourly rate for psychic readings, plus a bit extra for gas and travel time.
Payment
I accept payments in cash, credit card, check (payable to "Lana McGlasson Psychic Services"), and by PayPal. If you choose to receive a service by telephone, I will collect your creditcard information prior to the start of the session, or will have to have received your other form of payment prior to the reading. Sorry, folks, but I've been stiffed too many times by less-than-ethical clients to want to bother with chasing people for money. (Why do all those people seem to come from the Reno area? Is there something in the water up there?)

Under Nevada state law, a hypnotist my not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis or any other type of treatment from a different practitioner, the client may seek such services at any time. In the event my services are terminatted by a client, the client has a right to coordinated transfer of services to another practitioner. A client has a right to refuse hypnosis services at any time. A client has a right to be free of physical, verbal and sexual abuse. A client has a right to know the expected duration fo treatment, and may assert any right without retaliation.
The services I render are held out to the public as a form of motivational coaching using non-therapeutic hypnotism and instruction in self-hypnosis. I do not represent my services as any form of health care or psychotherapy, and, despite research to the contrary, by law I may make no health benefit claims for my services.
