My telephone number is (775) 537-0945, or save the money and call (888) 717-7924. I see people privately in my home office in Pahrump, or in my Las Vegas office by appointment, and I also do plenty of telephone consultations. My Las Vegas office is located at  5550 Painted Mirage Road, Suite 320, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89149. This is a building that is just off I-95 and Ann Road, in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas. The building is a beautiful, multi-storeyed structure. If you are coming up 95 from Vegas (i.e. coming from the south on Northbound 95), get off at the Ann Road exit, turn left and go over the highway, and turn left onto Painted Mirage Road, which is very close to the highway entrance. Go up to the third floor and go to Suite 320.

Here are directions to my house in Pahrump, if you've already booked an appointment. I'm assuming you either live in, or know how to get to, Pahrump. (If you live in Vegas and you've heard of Pahrump but have been too scared to actually visit, then just get off the I-15 at the Blue Diamond Highway, which is very close to the airport and 215 exits, and not too far from Tropicana or Russell Roads. Take the Blue Diamond Highway north, i.e. away from the Strip, which will become SR 160 after the Red Rock turnoff. Keep going up, up and over the hump and into Pahrump. Depending on how fast you drive (don't speed!), I'm about an hour from the I-15.

If you're coming from the south side (i.e. closer to Vegas), then go down 160 towards town, turn left onto 372 at the McDonald's/Terribles/Walgreen/Nugget intersection, veer off right onto Charleston Park (just past the Valley Electric and the Horizon Market), go down a mile or so and turn right on Barney. Go down a half a mile, turn left on Dyer (you can ONLY turn left), and my house is halfway down the road on the right. (If you hit Basin, you've gone too far...Dyer is two blocks south of Basin.)

If you're coming from the north side, then just take 160 towards town, turn right on Basin (that's at the Bob Ruud Community Center, and the Rebel gas station), go down four miles, turn left on Barney at LeRoy's Auto/Air, and then right on Dyer. Dyer is just two blocks away from Basin, off Barney. Do NOT try to get to my section of Dyer from any other street except Barney (or possibly Murphy), because Dyer, although long, is NOT continuous. You'll just end up driving in circles! Must be a Pahrump thing...

My house is a "modest" beige doublewide with dark brown trim. It's clearly marked with my house number, and if you can't see that, look for the number on my mailbox across the street. If you're coming to my Vegas office, I'm located at 5550 Painted Mirage Road, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89149, which is just off the I-95 and Ann Road in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas. It's on the third floor of a glossy, striped, greenish new office building. Park out front and come on up!
